Superior staff!

I got my hearing aids from Melissa. Have had excellent service ever since. She even brought my hearing aids back to life after I accidentally washed them along with my clothes! Can't beat that kind of service! 🤗

I bought my hearing aids from Chris over a year ago and after examining my hearing I was sold a pair of hearing aids. I have been more than pleased with the additional questions and service that Chris and his staff has provided. I would not hesitate to recommend Miracle-ear to friends and family once they get to my age.

My husband has hearing loss in his Left ear due to an accident several years back, after constantly having to repeat myself and getting frustrated with him, he finally made an appointment. He is only in his 30's so he felt like he did not need a hearing aid and did not want something that was visible. The staff and audiologist in the Plant City office were very friendly and knowledgeable, my husband was fit with a left hearing aid and we could not be happier. I do not have to repeat myself anymore and the hearing aid is small enough to be hidden in his canal. 10/17/17 - Once again Audibel has surprised me! My husband broke his hearing aid and I thought for sure we were going to have to buy another one, but instead the specialist Amy said it would be covered under warranty and fixed at no charge. When I went back to pick it up, I thought I would have a copay or office fee, but surprisingly I never came out of pocket for anything. Highly recommend the office in plant city.

Found Anthony Carbone at this hearing center, to be friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The product quality is excellent, and any problems were dealt with quickly. After a few monthly check ups, discovered we had a serious problem with both of my hearing aides, they were sent back, checked, calibrated, and replaced completely, at no additional costs, and returned within a few days and now they are perfect, that's real good service . Yes I would recommend them to friends.

Caring and courteous staff. I cannot say enough about Melinda and the service that she provided my husband and our family. We don’t know what we would do without his Genius 3.0 RIC to restore his hearing! Thank you Miracle-Ear!

I want to personally thank Damian Ferrone for all the help he has given me. He is knowledgeable, works hard and truly tries to understand his patients. I would recommend anybody to him and his establishment. Thanks again Damian for the help you have given me. I finally feel back on track.

I was shopping for some kind of fix for my one ear I can't hardly hear anything out of it. I happened to hear about Serena Thomas and miss Ella I called them and for a appointment went there they spent a lot of time with me to make sure I was I was doing the right thing.I ordered a hearing aid that you can't see she custom fit it for me and she made sure it fit and worked. Then she retested and test results were not to her satisfaction she adjusted it and retested she was happy and I can't tell you how happy I was. A week later I'm at home Serena called me to check on me that kind of service is priceless buy here you will not regret it!!!!!!!!!!

Friendly staff- Diane was very patient and knowledgeable! Would highly recommend to family and friends!
