Hearing Aid

My brother was referred to this office for a hearing test. Everyone here is so sweet and caring. Really good and knowledgeable people. 😊💞 We are super thankful for the experience!

Shawna and Jackie are a class act. Very welcoming and inviting when you enter the store. Clean and well maintained, they will take their time with you and address all your needs. Do you know they have equipment that will clean your hearing aids with forced air and a cleaning solution that doesn't corrode electronics? Ask about it!

The employees are friendly and knowledgeable. Bought the hearing aids in South Carolina before I moved to Florida. Jim was able to adjust them so the sound was not annoying. Highly recommend this location.

We live in Pittsburgh PA. I happened across this store on the web. I was under the impression that it was the corporate headquarters according to the web search. I called Sunday 10/7/18 and left a distraught voicemail. I got a return call on 10/8/18 from the Office Manager Diana, she listened to my concerns and then transferred me to Eliana the Hearing Specialist. I found out in the conversation that the Headquarters was in Waco Texas so I had contacted a franchise store. I repeated my concerns to Eliana who was very patient and instructed me on how to correct the concerns on the aids my partner Rick had purchased 3 months ago. I hung up the phone feeling more informed and able to instruct him on how to use the ME Control application. I wish we lived in Hallandale so we could use this location as our provider. My faith has been restored in the product and it's providers. Many Thanks Eliana and Diana!
