Hearing Aid

So far the best hearing aids I have had, can't even compare to Phonak. i can hear and understand my wife now which is great and staff in Winter Haven are great and Rebecca is very knowledgeable.

They've been great in helping my son with his hearing loss!

I received a postcard in the mail for a free hearing exam. I have not had one for years. Jeff Berdahl was very helpful and friendly and took the time to answer all my questions and explained the workings of the ear. I was offered another free exam in a year which was a pleasant surprise. The front office is very clean and there are placards in the seats about the ears that you can read while you wait. The exam room was very clean also. The secretary very friendly. I will recommend Miracle Ear. Pam W

I am several months late posting this. I am from ky, and was driving family down for college and the morning before our 14 +hr drive home, I had a mishap W my ear. Long story short. Thank you to the Dr., tech staff whoever you are that helped a stranger who walked in right at open. I probably looked insane, but u helped anyway... Thank you for showing there are still good people in our world, even to a complete stranger..

I went in to get Bre to clean my hearing aids a couple weeks ago. She’s always so nice and friendly. I seem to have a lot of wax issues and Bre showed me a new product that cleans the wax and bacteria out of my hearing aids. Great value for something that will prolong the life of my hearing aids. Thanks Bre for helping me find a solution for my wax problems!

Waiting list but we'll worth the wait

I moved to Polk County FL in 1989. I've had my share of Audiologist in this town. I had no other place to try after all the hurt and disappointments from other Audiologist. One day I was searching the internet and found Beltone. I decided to try Beltone at 202 W Highland Dr.. When I found Kelly and Stacy 3 years ago, there was hope after all. Words cannot explain the love, the trust and the comfort they have shown each time I enter this office. They are caring and that's what I've been looking for. Someone that care bout my hearing disability. I Highly recommend these ladies to care for your hearing needs. They care. Try there service and you will be glad you did.

Jeff is a true professional. He is very knowledgeable, a wealth of information regarding every aspect of hearing loss, available technology, and he is not pushy. The company he represents offers a quality product with a good warranty. You can return the product within 90-days if that hearing aid isn't right for you. There is no restocking fee which is typical in the industry. It is a bonus having him so close by in order to answer future questions, perform future fittings and adjustments as needed. If you are having hearing issues I urge you to go see Jeff, have him conduct a hearing test and consider getting hearing aids. It's amazing what you haven't been hearing!
