I first became a patient here in October 2016. I was pleasantly surprised by my welcome here. I have become a very satisfied patient. The caring attitude from Serena to Patricia has been a very good experience for me. I really have only one ear that can be helped and Patricia has made it a very interesting journey to keep my hearing as clear as possible. I appreciate all the work she has done to keep me hearing and look forward to my office visits with her as she treats me with such care and respect.

Every once in awhile you stumble onto a business that far exceeds your expectations. Customer service is exceptional from a man that you can tell really likes what he is doing and goes way out of the way to take care of your needs. Super guy with a lot of knowledge.

They been very helpful to me for over 15 years

I've had some hearing problems for a number of years and never took the time to get checked. When I noticed it was effecting my job which is a high executive position with meetings and talking with people all day I had to do something. Due to the commercials (that my grandson kept telling me about) and the fact Audibel is around the corner I went to them. Great choice! Krystal and Cheryl make a great team and they make you feel "at home". Krystal is so patient and takes her time to explain what is needed so you totally understand what's happening.
