Melissa is such a gem at Audibel. She truly cares about her patients and takes the time to make sure all their needs are met. She is so patient and kind, always smiling. She makes sure you have the right hearing aids for your personal style and fit. She is a great asset to Audibel. Hannah is exceptional as well. She's always so sweet and courteous. Very attentive in every way. Audibel has an awesome staff at the Clearwater location. If I have any problems with my hearing aids, I get prompt appointments. The staff is very accommodating. Sound Advice is a winner across the board. I have been bringing my dad here for a couple of years, and was so impressed. Don, Audry, and Gwen met with my dad at different appointments, and cared for him with the utmost professionalism. I learned from taking him that his loss could be genetic, and the sooner I went, the better chance I would have to save my hearing. I knew I was struggling, so I made an appointment, and met with Gwen. I couldn't find a complaint about Gwen if I tried. She is kind, compassionate, professional and so very knowledgable! I had a moderate loss, and I am now the proud owner of hearing aids at age 58! It is life changing! No more closed caption! No more struggling to read lips! No more asking someone to repeat themself! I have encouraged all of my family members to get their hearing tested. Had my dad gone sooner, much of his hearing could have been saved. We get everything else on our bodies checked- don't forget your ears!

Very satisfied with Dr Knoblach and his staff. I have hearing loss in both ears, I went to numerous hearing aid specialists , audiologists with no luck Dr. Knoblach has given my life back, I no longer stay home. I get out and around people, crowds without being embarrassed because I couldn't understand people I would and have suggested Knoblach hearing to others that also were suffering from hearing loss and are also pleased with Dr. Knoblach. My Mom broke one of her hearing aids (purchased at Audibels) and brought it in on Tuesday. Within 48 hours Robert Greiner promptly fixed them and let us know it was repaired. This saved my Mom the expense and lost time if it had to be sent back to the factory. Robert provides excellent service and certainly looks out for his customers. We're happy to have him so close by to Mom's residence.

I just picked up my hearing aids today. For years I have been denying that I had much of a hearing loss. After getting my hearing aids today I realized how much I've been missing. First I got in my car and I could hear my turn signal. I am hearing things I have not heard from long time. I went out to lunch this afternoon with a friend of mine and I didn't have to ask her to keep repeating yourself. As I was walking down the down the street I could hear my shoes moving the sand under my shos on the side walk. It reminds me of walking out of the doctors office after getting my first pair of glasses. I looked across the street and get could see the mortar between the bricks on the building. If anyone is putting off getting hearing aids. Take the time to visit this center. You will be amazed at what you are missing! This is an update Last week I went back to see Karen Wheeler at Beltone in Seminole, Fl. After hearing thing I haven't heard in years Karen adjusted my hearing aids I am now hearing even more. Karen is very helpful, patient and understanding. She is good at explaining how take care of and use your hearing aids. I am going up North the end of this week. The reaction from my family should be interesting! I was always asking them to repeat what they were saying. Most of the time after asking them to repeat them a couple of times I would just give up. Before they would get mad. It has been a while since I got my Beltone hearing aids. When I first got themI told you about how excited I was with all the things I was hearing that I hadn't heard in a long time. Thinking back I think I slowly lost my hearing. I never realized how bad it was. I went back north this fall to have Thanksgiving with my family. On the way up I took the AutoTrain. I usually have trouble sleeping on the Train. My Beltone hearing aids work with my I-phone. I listened to a auto book and feel asleep on the train. The fact that the hearing aids work with my I-Phone is amazing. I had a Doctors appointment when I was up home. It was chilly and I was wearing a coat and a hat. When was in the doctors office I realized I my right hearing aid was missing. The girl in the doctors office helped me look for it. We couldn't find it I figure I must of lost it at home. I got back to my condo and still couldn't find it. I started to look for Beltone stores in Delaware County. There were several in my area. Then I remember Karen told me there was an App on my phone that could locate it. I used the app and found it in the back seat of my floor. Thanksgiving I was with my family. I hadn't told them that I had gotten them. After we had eaten I told them. At first they were surprised. They couldn't tell I wearing them. Then they said that is why We aren't asking us to repeat yourself.

Great place to go get your hearing check and get the proper earing aid.
