My hearing aid receiver in my left hearing aid broke on the beginning of my vacation and the doctor was able to see me on the same day to replace my receiver. My mother wears hearing aids from Miracle Ear. Hers were purchased last summer in Concord. MA while visiting my sister. Mother lives with us in SC and was going to visit my other sister in Australia for our winter months. I took her to the local Miracle Ear in Beaufort. I cannot say how any other Miracle Ear is, but the service she receives in both the Beaufort and Bluffton offices (managed by the same people) is extraordinary! I thank them for their patience as well as their careful technology.

I wished Elite Hearing Center was here when I bought my first pair. Eric is kind, patient and thorough explaining my Signia, rechargeable, water resistant devices. Music never sounded so great!! These new aids will Bluetooth connect to my TV and the sound is right in my ear, amazing. I keep telling friends, " go see Eric!" Thank you sir. I am one happy man.
