Hearing Aid

I am writing a review for Rozanne Campbell. I am her daughter and she does not have access to the internet. From my mother “Ms. Clarke is a wonderful consultant who obviously has an abundance of knowledge concerning auditory issues. She is very professsional and courteous. I will definitely recommend her to my family and friends.”

Wonderful staff. I have had a few audiologist. My audiologist there is Fred. He is very good at understanding your hearing needs.

The Wife went to Dr. Johnson's office in Columbia, to get her hearing aids turned up earlier today. Without even looking at them, he told her there was nothing he could do for her because they were too old. However, when the aids were purchased, it stipulated that she had Lifetime follow-up. Very disappointed.

I want to thank Viviane at Midland Hearing for the upmost and second to none customer service. Viviane always have a positive attitude, very patient, and meet all of my needs in regards to the services get receive from Midland Hearing. Viviane represents Midland Hearing Associates very well.

I recently went to The Hearing Center for a hearing test. I already knew I had a problem with my left ear. My insurance being what it is didn't cover the visit(no fault of The Hearing Center) so that was out of pocket. Of course, I was told I needed new hearing aids(no surprise there) as the ones I've had I've had since 2003 and they no longer even make the kind I have. $3,000 for a new set of hearing aids???!!!!!!!!!! REALLY?!?!?!?!?! I'm very really sorry to say but I suspect this establishment is only after money. The Hearing Center has been in business a very long time as I had went there back in 2003. At that time they were more than happy to help me find financial assistance in getting my hearing aids. I inquired about that this time and was told "Oh I have no idea" . Again, REALLY!??!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? You would think someone that has been in this type business for this long would keep up to date information to help their patients get hearing aids. Not everyone just has $3000 laying around to shell out---I know I don't. I understand a few bad apples can and does ruin it for everyone else. I understand their reasoning in not having or accepting a payment plan for those whose insurance doesn't cover hearing aids. But I'm sure they are very aware people can purchase hearing aids online for a whole lot less than $3000. They should REALLY look into having information available for patients who need financial assistance as I'm very positive I'm not the only one who would need that. I will end in saying Ms. Gamache and her staff are very professional. I would also very much encourage Ms. Gamache to look into ways to help her patients that need financial assistance so they can get their hearing aids.

Here is everything you need to know why you should go to audiology associates in Lilburn. I am on my 2nd pair of hearing AIDS and the service has been fantastic. The 1st set I had a little over 2 years-and really didn't have too much trouble at all. The 2nd set of hearing aids I got earlier this year-and I have had consistent problems with the left side not working properly. Will and Jennifer have done a terrific job in getting me completely new replacements several times and really gone to bat for me with the manufacturer. The fee for the hearing aids includes a really reasonable warranty that include repairs. They have always been really good about providing batteries and domes and other parts which have been at no cost to me. I strongly recommend makimg an appointment and purchase here because you'll be just as happy like I am .

My questions and concerns, which were few, were answered to my complete satisfaction. Looking forward to my next visit.
