Hearing Aid

I have an almost 2 year old son, who we believe is on the autism spectrum, so this appointment was necessary for speech therapy approval, but nerve-wracking for me as a mother with a tantrum child. Dr. Parr was incredibly patient with my son and her assistant (which I wish I had gotten a name, but too much was going on) was unbelievably helpful in getting my son to sit still so Dr. Parr could complete the test. I have been truly worried about this test since I scheduled it (my son dislikes anything out of the norm for him) and I know he needed to be calm and quiet (yeah right) but Dr. Parr and her assistant helped me help my son so they could complete the test and I am very very grateful. I would highly recommend.

I went for severe pain in my ears as well as significant hearing loss, and he checked my nose before he even checked my ears. After a test, the doctor here told me to my face that I was faking ear pain and hearing loss, then shrugged his shoulders and told me I needed therapy because I was only looking for attention. My hearing is only getting worse, and the pain is awful. I would never recommend them to anybody.

The place is inside the building shown. I like that the doctor takes care to speak slowly and clearly.

The people here are very nice and my wife and I both have hearing aids from here. Professional testing and reasonable prices plus a good warranty

Wesley Nakamura is professional, clearly knowledgeable and puts you at ease. He takes the time to ensure you completely understand what he is doing and what he is suggesting. I couldn't recommend him more.

A lot times, people who have excellent people skills are not recognized for the excellent customer service they give to their clients. She is so welcoming when she greets as you open the door and makes sure you are comfortable while waiting for your appointment time. Went for aVA service connected disability upgrade. Dr officer would not release any information to me concerning the examination. I was seen 15 minutes after my appointment time because the person before me was late. Staff were nice and helpful.

my experience with pacific hearing care has been excellent, every time, in everyway. this is a real quality business. they go the extra mile to be sure the customer is satisfied and that every question or need is addressed. having never needed hearing aids before i had some apprehension before my appointment. i listened and watched carefully and asked alot of questions. i had complete confidence in PHC after my initial appointment and have continued to have complete confidence in them. i have had my hearing aids about a year. i am very pleased with the service and care i have received from PHC. i would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
