Hearing Aid

I have been a patient for 5 years and have received excellent care every time that I schedule an appointment which, by the way if very easy to do. The office is clean, staff is friendly and professional and always treats you as a valued person. You will not go wrong if your choose AccuQuest for your hearing aid needs.

Aaron and staff are amazing. Went in for hearing test and he was very knowledgeable and provide detailed explanations. After test he determined my hearing wasn’t that bad. Yet he still offerred me a pair of signia silk hearing aids to demo. They are true honest and trustworthy professionals. Highly reccomend!

My 81 year old grandmother had an 2:30pm SCHEDULED appointment yesterday. We got there aT 2:29pm. Walked in to find no one at the desk nor did anyone come out until 2:49. The doctor "Dr. Delacruz" came out and said I will be right with you. @3:03 he came back to hand her a few documents to sign. @3:21 the couple who he was meeting left. And he never came out. @3:30 I walked to the back to ask how much longer would he be and how long will the consultation be as she has to eat and take her medicine by 4:15 (and we live 30 minutes away). He proceeds to tell me that "It will be at least and hour or so but right now I am busy handling business and I will be out there when I am done!" Now, normally this is when I would have told him off but I didn't (grandma was with me) so I said okay. Walked back to the waiting room and told grandma that we need to go and find a doctor who is less busy. We gathered our things and he comes out and says (really nasty) "im done now! I was busy doing business but I can take her now if you want, I don't care either way. If you don't, then there is the door." Again I felt my blood rising as his tone was so disrespectful and offensive. If you don't care about your patients, why the heck would I allow you to touch my grandmother! Are you kidding me? My grandmother was so frazzled said "Tee what did we do for him to act like that?" I told her don't know but the door is where we are going and WE will NEVER EVER EVER go back there or allow anyone else to go back there. His treatment of this elderly woman was horrible. SHAME ON YOU DR. LOUIS DELACRUZ!!!! You are the worst!

I am a 48 year old female which has worn two hearing aides since my late 20's. I must admit Dr Skipper is the only one that made the experience a pleasant one. The hearing tests are already stressful enough but she always puts me at ease. Also, she explains all hearing aide options from the low models to the highest, discussing in details the pros and cons. Then she is the ONLY ONE that has ever fought for me through my insurance company most tell me I need to do it myself. Not only does she fight for me but succeeds and I have received a new and improved set of hearing devices every three years. If it had not been for her fighting for me I would be walking around unable to hear the spoken word. So I encourage anyone that needs hearing aides to come see Dr. Skipper because she will go the extra mile so that you can hear again.

My experiences with Hearing Solutions by Marcy have been the most positive and helpful that I have encountered in 20+ years of using hearing aids & working with Hearing Professionals in 3 different states. Marcy and Deb both have been incredibly helpful in going above & beyond to get me what I really needed, even when it was inconvenient to them. I am also hearing the best that I have in 20 years. Bought a set of hearing aids over a year ago and have been back for adjustment a couple times. Each time the staff was more than willing to help me with my problem. I carelessly lost both hearing aids almost 2weeks ago, I didn't know they were still covered by insurance. But they told me they were, im very happy with service and recommend them to all my friends. Great place to get help with hearing problem s.

Mike and Jennifer (and Puzzle) are awesome! They provide individualized treatment and are willing to take the time and go the extra mile to work with you to help you hear the best you ever have! Would recommend for anyone even considering getting hearing aids you go and see them!

Jenn is very knowledgable and patient and I love that I was able to test these hearing aids before I purchased them. I recommend Affordable Hearing to anyone who has hearing difficulties!

Competent professional, !ow pressure personality. Office is older building, but the trappings don't render services. Dr. Fox is very accommodating and personable. He maintains a low overhead, so his fees are affordable and he's not pressured to sell you something you don't need. If you want a slick marketing approach, then look elsewhere. However, if you want good service at a fair price by someone you can trust, then give Dr. Fox a chance to meet your needs. You won't regret it!
