Easy to acquire an appointment. The office is convenient for west and south St. Louis county residents. I was warmly greeted. The service provider was very professional and answered all my questions, and was not hurried to get me out of the office. I will return there for continued services and support.

Matt McCaskey is a great hearing instrument specialist. I take any issue to him and it is resolved in minutes. He is very pleasant to deal with and he is an expert in the hearing aid business

dennis biggs of the florissant mo office scammed my 97 year old mother for $2950. she returned the first 2 hearing aids that did not fit or work properly within the first 30 days and asked for her money back. they even had debited her credit card without her knowledge. he brought 3 different hearings aids. none worked or fit. the last one caused an allergic reaction and made her ears itch and she had to go to the dr to get medication for it. she has a pair of miracle ear hearing aids sitting in the box that are totally useless and they refuse to refund her money. they say they were not returned within 30 days. that is a lie. 2 pairs were. he did not return her money as requested but brought out more hearing aids that did not work. we are filing complaints as they will not back up their money back guarantee.
