The people here were kind and professional. I had a great experience.

Miracle Ear has helped my mother hear so much better! She is deaf in one ear and so hearing is crucial for her at this stage in her life. The staff was so patient and wonderful with her! I cried when she could follow along in church after not being able to for so many years. Please go and get a free exam. These people are awesome!

Very deceitful pricing practices. I was told from an ENT that we needed to have our daughter get a hearing test even though we had no concerns about her hearing. This office then failed to tell us that the hearing test would be applied to our deductible. Needless to say it was shocking to get a bill for hundreds of dollars for an exam that was not needed. Especially since no one warned us about the cost.

I was a little unsure about coming here since there weren't many reviews on Google. That's why I decided to write this review. I went in for impressions for in-ear monitors, not for hearing aids. They were very friendly and accommodating to my unique request, and they went out of their way to make sure things were done right, without trying to swindle extra money from me when I needed an unexpected follow-up. I always appreciate when I can tell someone has my best interest at heart.

Dr. Hopper is a true professional. I have been his patient for several years and I have always been treated very professionally and personally. His knowledge and experience serve him very well. I have recommended him, with confidence, to several people in search of an audiologist. I would recommend him to anyone in need of a hearing professional!
