Terrible Service! Rude personal I was trying to check if they sell tubing replacement and without even looking she said they don’t have it, but asking if I was a customer. Really bad experience

The Land of Lincoln staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They carry all of the big brands including Starkey. I recommend them if you're looking for a new hearing provider!

I came here with my mother during a promotion they had going on for hearing testing. Upon arriving, I noticed the girl working in reception just having such a negative attitude. She let us know we were late and told us we'd have to reschedule. That was perfectly fine, totally understandable. Here's my problem, Lorena, the receptionist wasn't making eye contact with us much. My mother was asking her some questions about their newly opened hearing lab. I happened to stand on the side of my mother and was able to notice she was on Facebook. Yes! On Facebook while she was "helping" someone. I made it a bit obvious that I noticed, I looked at her Facebook page she had open and then looked back at her. She quickly exed out of the page when I did this. The least she could have done was wait until we were gone! I thought it was great that a new business had a promotion going on to get people in, however, perhaps having a receptionist that is busy with Facebook while helping customers isn't the best idea.

The best! Hearing tests just as thorough or more than ENT office. Employees are polite, helpful and knowledgeable about their products. Lost my hearing aid while on vacation and was replaced free, onetime only. I refer them often.

When I started misunderstanding consonants, I searched for answers and help. I looked up my friend that knows about this and uses a little help him self. In fact he wanted to ask me and have a discussion for some time, but did not know how to start. SO I called Spring and made an prompt appointment with her. The test confirmed a bilateral high frequency mild hearing loss. All those years in the steel mill, Army, race car driver, hunting, woodworking, lots of loud events. Beltone has an agreement with my work location (inland steel / USW 1010) no cost hearing test, hearing aids, free batteries, l S D coverage, and quarterly checkups, tuning of devices if needed. Bell Care program. Spring, and Carla have been great and treat me right on my hearing needs. November 3 we do a new test, and I will be selecting my new model devices for the second 3 year period. I have my eyes on an upgraded model, the promise pse 1735 DPW with tel coils and dual mic's, and the device that allows control from my new iPad Air. Spring don't you think about retiring we need you! Always a pleasure DW
