Hearing Aid

They helped me select a pair of great hearing aids and have helped maintain and service them over the past few years. Very fast and courteous service.

I have the most difficult ears to fit, due to the extremely small and narrow ear canals. I had tried other audiologists and they were always trying to sell me hearing aids that did not fit. A friend of mine suggested Dr. Regina who worked diligently in an attempt to find the perfect fit. After several hours (and a bit of frustration on both our parts) she was able to find a manufacturer that made one small enough. She ordered that brand for me, and it appears to be a successful fit. I cannot say enough about her concern for me. In addition, the receptionist, Carolina, has a perpetual smile and attitude that always makes me feel welcome as I enter the facility. If there were more gold stars, I would fill every one of them for them.

I have just purchased a pair of Starkey Hearing Aids and am very pleased with their performance. Would definitely recommend to friends.

I am very satisfied with Geneva Hearing. I have no trouble making an appointment quickly - often times the next day , including Saturday. Their technical knowledge of the product is excellent!

My mother, Mrs. Hughes was recently diagnosed with profound hearing loss & since she's had her Miracle Ear hearing aids her quality of life has greatly improved. She credits the audiologists Mitch & Deborah, as well as Rose in office support for their outstanding service. They truly are a "Miracle on 95th Street".

John Golk and (Candace?) were terrific. Had a hearing eval here after recent experiences had me wondering if I needed hearing aides. I received a thorough exam and do have a very slight loss, but not enough for aides. Was very appreciative they were honest and didn’t try to sell me some anyway. Very professional all the way around.
