My sister recently was affected with some hearings loss. Her ENT advised her to obtain a hearing test ASAP but her office was unable to perform the test due to the person being on vacation. I call the number on Google who gave us an appointment for this office. The person performing the test was rude, nasty and very unprofessional. They advertise for a free test that she complained about doing. I would not recommend this business and I will be reaching out to the corporate office.

I have been helped by Linda for years, first as she cared for my Mom when she was losing her hearing. Linda got my Mom the first digital aids that were available, and then worked and worked to keep my Mom hearing - until she passed away at 104 years of age. So, when I figured out my hearing needed help, I could not imagine going to anyone else. And my experience has been amazing. However, a few months ago, one of my aids just would not stay in my ear correctly, and first we tried a new mold and still the aid did not stay in correctly, so Linda had another way to help, with a tiny clear plastic piece that holds the aid in my ear. Again amazing! Thanks Linda for not giving up on me, but working to find a solution so my aids work perfectly again.

My friend reached a hearing center for me. I was not happy with the hearing center I was attending . She came up with the Chicagoland Hearing Center. The one in Hyde Park was perfect location for me. Benjamin give me the attention and information that I needed. I ordered the hearing aids that day. They were back within less than 2 weeks. I have referred others to this center . Very happy
