Hearing Aid

I’ve been a patient at the South Elgin AccuQuest office for four years and would recommend it to anyone who needs hearing aids or wants to have their hearing tested. From my first visit when my hearing loss was accurately diagnosed and intelligently, clearly, thoroughly explained to me by Pina Patel in a way that felt personalized to me, to my most recent, very kind, considerate and professional follow-up exam by Curtis Watson, H.I.S., I feel I have always received excellent, expert care at this center. At the front desk, Jenny is a magician at maintaining my file, producing needed forms and records in a flash, submitting billing, fitting in appointments that work for me, and just generally supporting my needs as a patient wearing hearing aids, even going above and beyond on more than one occasion. The staff have always made me feel welcome and comfortable, and they continue to teach me new things about hearing on each visit. The office itself is bright, modern, attractive and seems immaculately clean. Best of all, even though my hearing loss is not extreme, has been the joy of re-experiencing sounds that were lost before, from birds chirping outside my window to the conversation of family, friends and co-workers - without having to constantly ask “What did you say?” All in all, my years as an AccuQuest patient at this location have been a very good experience for me; I hope it will be there for a long time to come.

As someone who has been wearing hearing aids for five years now, to switch to Curtis was a dream come true - options and ideas, consultative. The switch gave me access to more options and the ones he suggested have been a dream - smaller, more inside the canal and durable. I can't say enough good about Curtis Watson and his professionalism.

Dr. himself is very rude. First they don’t give chance to ask any questions while making appointments. I asked if they except my insurance the lady over the phone making my appointment said they except all kind of insurance. At the day of appointment my insurance was not excepted not just that Dr. himself mad chip comments at me. RIDICULOUS!!!!!

I made an appointment for my husband to have his hearing checked. This was made verbally with a male representative of the Hearing Center in St. Charles, Il. The appointment was made and TODAY my husband drove for 45 minutes to St. Charles only to be told that "I" had pushed the wrong button when making the reservation and had deleted the reservation. AS I SAID, I MADE THIS OVER THE PHONE WITH A MALE REPRESENTATIVE OF THE HEARING CENTER IN COSTCO, which seems to mean he pushed the wrong button himself. Joyce Cork

We were members of Sam's for about 9 years. We went to this location about once a month and were always satisfied with the options pricing and service. About 2 months ago we went to the store later in the day. Did our usual shopping and there were only a handful of registers open. We waited and waited. .Our cashier Naomi appeard to be having a lengthy conversation with 2 ladies standing at her register and stopped ringing out the person in front of me. Finally, she completed the order in front of us and when i went to hand my card to her she continued the convo with her friends or whoever these people were which I foudn very rude. it was time to renew our membership and i told her i only wanted the regular menbership not the upgraded one. well, because she was chatting with other people and not paying attention she added the upgraded membership and then took it off. she rang us up got to the end of the transaction and before she pressed total so I could swipe my credit card she just walked away. without any explanation. people behind me asked if she closed or was going home....nobody knew. she came back and said a manager needed to remove the upgraded membership that i specifically told her not to add so we had to wait. She contiunued with her conversation with the 2 ladies that were standign there the whole time. they now had some cash that they were holding out to her but she motioned for them to sit down when the manager approached. my husband complained that the whole transaction has taken a long time and that had she not been carrying on a conversation with her friends that maybe this wouldnt have happened. This is when naomi started talking back saying that it's our fault she added the wrong membership and that we shouldnt complain about her she didnt do anything wrong. the manager suggested that naomi walk away because she knew she shouldnt talk to members like that but naomi continued and became more and more beligerent to the point that my 5 year old son asked why the lady was being so mean,..... at that point the manager completed the order and apoloigized. my husband told him to cancel our membership because we would not be coming back. ever again. we went to the service desk and rcvd a refund of the membership amount and they gave us a rotisserie chicken dinner as an apology. meanwhile, naomi continued with her cash transaction with her friends who then scurried out of the store. we mentioned to management that they may want to monitor her transactions. it was completely inappropriate. We've since joined Costco and have enjoyed the serivce there immensely.

I had a great experience with Eric.He was very professional and explained the whole process in detail. He answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable with my Belltone product
