Hearing Aid

Very helpful in explainations, courteous. They work diligently and do a great job. Definitely recommend.

A month ago I could barely hear my my children talk to me. Today I am hearing the world like never before. I am a singer songwriter but I lost the ability to keep in tune. I nearly quit. Today I laid down a new track for the first time in over a year. It sounds great. The world sounds great. Thanks Chicagoland Hearing Aid Centers. You gave me my life back.

Excellent service - Mom got her aids repaired for free & he also looked at & advised on a couple of others that she had.

My Uncle's hearing was really bad so we visited the Park Ridge location and were served by Ben. There were considerably more decisions involved than I expected but Ben explained all our options and was knowledgeable in all. One earpiece malfunctioned so we went back and within 5 days we had a replacement. Ben also "fine tuned" the aids to my Uncle's preference and he is hearing perfectly now!

My experience has reminded me of the value some place on service. Once the sale is complete, the customer has a unique opportunity to evaluate their decision. If the merchant remains committed to " customer satisfaction" then the customer is pleased. I am very happy with the product and the service after the sale.

High turnover rate.

Very friendly and super accommodating.

Very professional, friendly, informative & timely! Great experience for my first time at this office!!!

Great customer service.

This review is about service received by my mom Barbara. She needed consultation and repair of her hearing aid Phonak Bolero. Mr Adam Dell was very helpful and professional, he provided amazing service for her. He fixed and adjusted the hearing aid and my mom can hear again! I highly recommend this place to everybody who needs help with hearing aid.
