Hearing Aid

The hearing aid specialist here does use Real-Ear Measures to program the hearing aides based on the client's hearing loss prescription, which is VERY important. It's a little pricey, but they help you by being able to sign up for a Wells Fargo medical credit card right there on location. They are very responsive to client request to make appointments and helping with any issues. If you have a family member with moderate to profound hearing loss, having the proper hearing aid fitted and programed will literally change their life and the life of their family. It's such a huge change, sometimes I start tearing up. Thank you.

I did not know how much I was missing because of my lack of hearing ability. I am very pleased with my hearing aides and my new ability to follow conversations again. I am never disappointed with a visit to Nyce Hearing Center. I am always listened to and helped in every way.

Doctor Vetter came through again for me. I got my hearing aids wet. I thought I dried them out. I could not reconnect the hearing aids with my phone. In less than 2 minutes, they were reconnected after me trying for several hours. Thanks Doctor Vetter.

On time appointments

I can not say enough about Connect Hearing ,from the moment I walked in Laura Marx my audiologist and Janetta Buchanan made me feel that they actually care about me being able to hear , I have a profound hearing loss and have been wearing hearing aids for almost 20 years so I feel that I am qualified to speak about this , on the day of my first appointment they sat me down and just asked questions about my hearing loss , well over 30 min this went on , I wasn't quite sure why all the questions until Laura said "how can I program your hearing aids if I don't know about you " this floored me , then they let me take home some hearing aids to try for a week , this also floored me and I paid no money on that first visit , long story short I got my new hearing aids and I am hearing things that I have not heard in a long time , I highly recommend Connect Hearing in Elgin , if you have a hearing loss this is the place to go
