I am a new customer. Just got my new hearing aids 2 weeks ago, so I really don't have any history yet. However, I will say that their cusomer service is outstanding! Everything was explained very well. All my questions got satisfying answers. They made financing totally painless. Not to mention, the staff is extremely friendly and fun to be around. The new hearing aids are working well so far. These people make me glad I chose to do business with them.

I hope my deaf son’s recent experience was related to this company’s ineptness about a product and not a way to manipulate a disabled young adult to spend money he just doesn’t have. My son was told a part for his admittedly older hearing aide was no longer obtainable, I hope this was just someone’ lack of knowledge and not a way to force a huge purchase. Anyway, called a great provider in Chesterfield and they miraculously had the nonobtainable part in St. Louis in 24 hours. If my son’s plans to implant change, you can guess where his $10,000 will be spent

Imagine you're on work travel and while cleaning your hearing aids for the night a click dome tears off. Now imagine one of the most pleasant experiences getting replacements. While I'm not a patient and will likely never return here Dr Tisckos and the front desk staff were so friendly and patient with me and took great care of me. So I certainly recommend them!

Chris Lammert has taken care of my mom and her hearing aids for several years & he is such a caring person. He has gone out of his way to make appts. easy on my elderly mom and even came to her residence once. He has also been very inventive in designing a system to keep her in-canal hearing aids from falling out. But we have moved out-of-state now and he is still responsive to our needs, talking with our new audiologist and myself to get the service we need. He is truly one of the good ones.
