The doctor was awesome and knew everything I needed to hear better. And made us feel comfortable and right at home.The receptionist was very kind and knowledgeable about our needs. For some time, I have noticed hearing quality declining, so I responded to one of their promotions. I was favorably impressed with the quality of their hearing testing, and hearing science professionalism, so I am now wearing a Miracle Ear. Their office is not impressive appearance, their computer system could use an upgrade, but they have the know-how for doing a good job for people in need of hearing help.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced was from Tim. Rude, condescending, and called me on a Saturday to huff at me because the insurance company mailed the check to me instead of them. He was so worried about that money, he was rude and obnoxious about it. And it couldn’t wait until Monday!? Then he didn’t understand how the insurance payment worked and demanded I sign that check over right away. I didn’t owe all of it due to further deductible being covered on other bills. I ended up having to deal with someone else who agreed about what I owed and understood basic math. I paid my bill promptly and will never go back. He doesn’t even know the products he is selling well enough to get you what you are asking for, either. Better consult google instead of believing him about features your hearing aid will have!

Very easy to schedule appointments. Friendly office and great service. Would highly recommend to anyone needing hearing assistance.
