She explained a Bluetooth problem that I had so that I know the environments that it is likely to occur. She always ends each appointment with " Is there anything else I can help you with?" I AM VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THE FITTING AND THE SPECIALIST. I CANNOT WEAR THE RIGHT ONE BECAUSE OF THE FIT. HE TOLD ME THAT IT WAS A RIGHT FIT BECAUSE HE HAD BEEN IN THE HEARING AID BUSINESS FOR (30 years I think) AND HE KNOWS THEY ARE THE CORRECT FIT. HE WOULD NOT LISTEN TO ME WHEN I COMPLAINED.
AS FAR AS THE HEARING AIDS ARE CONCERNED THEY DO MAKE MY HEARING BETTER, IF I COULD WEAR THEM MORE THAN AN HOUR OR TWO WITHOUT PAIN.
