Great service but not the best quality

Great visit; pleasant & professional people. Thorough exam and lots of knowledge was provided to help make a decision moving forward.

They are great! My husband went in there to get a hearing aid fixed that he got through the VA. All it needed was a tube replaced, and they didn't charge him for it. Even explained how to fit the tube on it! Thank you Hartley Hearing Aids!!!!

Dr. Riel is more than a audiologist for my family. I have three children who have hearing losses. I came to The Hearing Health Center to get my daughter and youngest son new hearing aids. While at this appointment I received a call that my middle son had just been diagnosed with cancer. Dr. Riel continued to move forward with getting their hearing aids ordered while comforting me during the saddest point in my life. While going through our family cancer journey the Hearing Health Center Foundation was introduced to me again because my son was diagnosed with a hearing loss. The Hearing Health Center Foundation found a donor to provide my son with two in the ear hearing aids to restore his hearing. Dr. Riel once again there to find the right hearing aids to help bring a smile back to my son as well as my family. If you are looking for a hearing aid location that shows compassion, professionalism, and attention to detail The Hearing Health Center is the place for you. Highly recommend. The doc takes his time and listens. He does all of the exam himself and not a PA.

Thorough exam and consultation, with sensitivity to the patient's needs based on their situation, age, etc. Very convenient location with parking under the building.

I can hear!!! The hearing aids work great. There is a learning curve to adjusting them so you can hear and you don't whisper, spouse helps with that : ) I have told several others to look into getting MDH hearing aids.
