My name is Ed Baugh, Peggy's husband. I visit the Miracle Ear office located at the Walmart in Washington, Indiana The audiologist, Tina Wilson, is very knowledgable and has adjusted my hearing aids several times determined to satisfy me. Tina and her office assistant are helpful, friendly and have likable personalities. Tina has told me that if I would have a problem I could stop in without an appointment. Also, the person who calls me to remind me of my upcoming appointment, saved me from missing my 09/25 appointment. I thought that it was scheduled for 09/28. This person's name is Vanessa. I am uncertain whether she is also Tina's office assistant. I would recommend this Miracle Ear to anyone thinking of having their hearing tested.

This place needs to learn that they are dealing with people with durable medical equipment. When it breaks they need to get in that day not in a week or two. You can't go around not hearing for two weeks it isn't a option. Memorial was stupid to merge with them. They are losing my 20+ year business
