Hearing Aid

Very friendly. I'm so happy with my hearing aid.Jason explained everything I was wanting to know. Liked that he gave me options and explained to me what would be best for my situation. AWESOME service too.

We have dealt with Parker Audiology for over three years and have been very satisfied with everyone we have worked with, and with the aids we purchased.

Dr Awender was pleasant, professional and very helpful. her staff was also professional and pleasant.

My friend had new mold made for her hearing aid. Ms. Diesmon.did not even try it on her ear when she picked it up on Friday She was furious because there were no appointments available on Monday. (she wasn't able to wear the new hearing aid all weekend.) She heard from corporate office today to apologize for the poor treatment from Jill Diesman. (she , Ms Diesmon, also told my friend never come back to her office again. ) What a professional organization!

Great family owned establishment. Both Dale and Lyndi are excellent at what they do. Fantastic customer service. If you're in the market for a hearing aid, don't hesitate to give them a call!

Melissa and Jamie have always shown extreme courtesy for my care and always helpful. Always very helpful with questions that I have about my hearing aids. Excellent service and the coffee is GREAT! I will be back.
