Nice people , great service

I came into Hearing Health Center after experiencing hearing loss for 25 years. I was only 22 years old when I was diagnosed with premature nerve damage, with hearing loss. I thought I could muddle through and did, until enough became too much. My hearing loss was affecting my daily life more and more, whether it was at work, with my family, or my friends. With Dr. St. Peter’s extreme patience and expertise, we selected the best hearing aid for my situation. The difference in my hearing, in such a short time, is remarkable. I am now able to understand conversations at a restaurant, hear my children speaking in the next room, different pitches, and even my husband speaking across the kitchen table from me. Instead of annoying my family by constantly asking them to repeat words (or never hearing them in the first place), I now get to annoy them by asking, “Did you just hear that?” I would not have been able to get to this point without Dr. St. Peter. The entire staff is wonderful, too, especially Judy. There are many options when choosing a hearing center, but none come close to Hearing Health Center.

Kristin is very knowledgeable with her explanation of products that were available to me and once I made my decision she helped me understand the programs and the installation techniques. It was a very good experience. I would highly recommend her to my family and friends

I am 70 years old and have been a hearing aid wearer for over 40 years until the last five years I didn't really have anything that helped my hearing to the point that I could wear them comfortably. My newest set from Miracle-Ear in Oregon have finally brought my hearing back to normal along with excellent service from Anthony Pro who has offices in Mount Morris Dixon Rochelle DeKalb and the DeKalb and the Rockford area and maybe others I've been completely and totally satisfied plus the new hearing aids allow me to stream music or phone calls or voices wirelessly to my hearing aids as well as broadcast wirelessly TV sound directly into the hearing aids finally technology is caught up with miniaturization and hearing devices to the point that they really work well I couldn't be happier. I especially like the fact that I can see my hearing aid professional in numerous different locations for the best service of any company I've ever found. Anthony Pro travels all around Northern Illinois on a daily basis to service all his customers you won't find anybody more knowledgeable or Pleasant or professional in my opinion after I interviewed several other companies then Miracle-Ear in Anthony Pro.

I went to get a hearing test and to discuss new hearing aids. The staff was incredibly patient, kind, and really listened to me. I left feeling like I understood all the information given to me, and all the steps I needed to take from here on out. I highly reccomend AHAL to anyone.

Love my new hearing aids! Allison at Zephyr Hearing provided great service. The testing was very impressive. Allison has a wonderful personality and actually listened to my questions and concerns. She was extremely helpful in determining which hearing aids were best for me. My new hearing aids have changed my life. My wife and friends no longer have to repeat everything they say, the radio and tv don't have to be blasting. I can actually carry on a conversation in noisy restaurant.
