Good friendly service.

I had ear impressions made here and Tyler (audiologist) was very friendly and easy to work with. I was able to get in very quickly and the price was very affordable. A good and simple experience.

Very provisional and friendly

The folks at Miracle Ear on Odana Road have been extremely helpful, both in counseling me with respect to my hearing aid needs and assisting me in the purchase of my aids, as well as providing the post-sale follow-up care and attention they have provided to make sure that my aids are working properly and providing me with the best possible hearing experience. Their receptionist, Gina, has been particularly helpful over the years by setting up my appointments and reminding me of them and even taking care of minor problems I have occasionally experienced in between scheduled appointments. The staff is friendly and courteous and has always been willing to fit me in if I should need some minor assistance outside of my regularly scheduled appointments. It would obviously be preferable not to need hearing aids but, if you do, Miracle Ear is an excellent choice for attending to your needs.

Thank you Amy for being so helpful. My mother in law is 90+, confined to a nursing home facility, has had her Avada hearing instruments for almost three years. Almost five months ago, the nursing facility indicated Mom's hearing instrument had broken and they were having their "resident" auditory specialist repair it and we'd be billed accordingly, depending on if it had to "sent in" or not. Five months later, nothing had been done and Mom was still limited to her one hearing instrument. Enough being enough, I contacted Avada and was directly to Amy at the D'Onofrio Drive, Madison, WI location. One phone call and I knew that everything was going to work out great. Amy was very helpful and accommodating, "come on in and let's get it taken care' of she exclaimed... Let than 15 minutes and the hearing instrument was fixed and I was resupplied with wax guards and speaker domes. WOW!
