1000 PLUS!! Bryan is great and staff person Erin, too. Bryan is always efficient but thorough. Somehow Bryan always seems to know exactly what is needed and he even came in early once to fit my recent crazy work schedule! I always leave there amazed at all the sounds I wasn't able to hear for so long, especially speech. It is so wonderful to be able to socialize and actually hear what's being said! Thank you again and again, Bryan!!

I recently bought a pair of hearing protection ear plugs from Lake Forest. They work great! I bought them because I attend a lot of sporting events and wanted to protect my hearing. I highly recommend their ear plugs to anyone looking to protect their hearing.

The Avada staff in Waukesha is very helpful and professional. Lisa does a fantastic job taking care of her patients. You will get excellent service at this clinic, and the products work beautifully.

Very poor customer service. Although they claim a customer can pick up free batteries on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. last Tuesday I drove over from Delafield at 2:30 and they were closed even though the sign on the door gave the above hours for walk-in battery pickup. I called on Wednesday got answering machine and left message to call me if open, no answer. Same thing on Friday. The impression is that this is an office that is going out of business. I don't want to drive over again if they are closed.
