David at the Affordable Hearing Store was amazing! We got a pair of Aides thru the Lions Club and the local hearing doctor that she has gone to for over 20 years would not set them up for her. So thru the Lions we got set up with David and he took us all the way thru the process of getting them setup. My Mom needed them re-adjusted and David delivered them to us on a Friday night from South Bend to LaPorte!! They were all so nice and above and beyond at the Affordable Hearing Store!!

Great place to have a hearing test

Appointment was convenient and flexible. The technicians were friendly. The test were performed quickly and the problem identified. Different types of hearing aids were discussed and my wishes were followed completely. Follow-up and adjustments were rapid with no dis-comfort to me. The experience with the Madison Next Generation Hearing center was a very pleasant one and I am a happy customer!

Horrific experience. Kevin at the Sam's Hearing Aid center in Panama City is the kind of sleazy salesman you stay away from. If not for the heroic efforts of the SAMS manager JANET, I would never patron Sams again. Stay away from Kevin; if SAMs had any option to kick Kevin out of their building, they would be wise to take advantage of that option.

The receptionist was very kind and efficient. Other office staff was patient, knowledgeable, kind and willing to work with you. Had a very good experience, would recommend my friends to this Hearing Center.
