Hearing Aid

They worked to get my hearing aids adjusted to me perfectly. Completely changed my life.

Excellent product. I purchased the Kirkland brand of hearing aids and they are the best I have had so far. I have had 2 other types, one set was external and the other fit inside the ear. They were both good brands but these have both of them beat. They can be adjusted on the aids themselves or with my cell phone!! The cost is almost half the previous hearing aids I purchased. Great customer service and the most comprehensive hearing test I have had to include the ENT office. Highly recommend!!

My Grandmother's licensed hearing specialist, Susan was everything we had hoped for in a hearing care professional! She was very understanding when it came to our financial situation and so accommodating to the point that she made sure my grandmother had hearing aids to wear to my grandfather's funeral and even brought us a pair of hearing aids when my car was broken down and was unable to pick them up. Also, the receptionists are very understanding and all around nice. I will always recommend Avada hearing care on Bardstown rd!!!

The Salesman was extremely rude. When I told him I would like a couple days to think about the purchase, He said, "Oh, you just came for the free gift card huh? It's amazing how many people come in just for the free gift card." I told him that I couldn't make another payment right now I didn't think, and he said,"You can't even make a $125 monthly payment????" I gave him the gift card and told him he could have it back. He picked it up. I assume he put it in his own pocket. If the flyer offers a free gift card, we shouldn't be made to feel bad about taking it. I felt pressured and humiliated. I will not be doing any business in the future with Miracle Ear as a result of this terrible experience. Even if I could make a payment, I would want to check prices and think about it, before investing 4000+ dollars, as I would think most people would.
