Rude...I called prior to ask if they accepted my insurance and would be able to help me, they said yes. I was given hearing test then she put hearing aides in....took them right back out and told me go to another place who would work with my insurance ?? What?? Told me that their aides were over four thousand dollars. Wasted my time completely

Had appointments there for me and the wife to get hearing test we drove all the way up there and cold weather and only one person was there to do anything we sat there for an hour waiting on assistance and then they tell us that everybody's sick made coming in why they couldn't have called us and saved us a trip to town don't know so I have no use for the place it might be free but they want me to come up or it's going to be warmer weather cuz I don't like going up there in zero weather and no one showing up ice on the roads
