Honestly. I can't say enough, my entire experience from the start has been amazing. Being only 25 and noticing you say what 25 times a day was nerve wracking enough, but then to go and get an actual evaluation with my husband and to realize it was worse than k thought.
I was shook up, who wouldn't be, 25, newly married, kids, it was an eye opener. But the experience couldn't of been better. Everything has been explained in such great detail, and I have been comforted and eased along the way. I will continue my care here for years to come.

I received a mailer for a Free Hearing Test and made a appointment. Like most people I was worried about them trying to sell me something I didn't need. My experience could not have better. Very nice staff that was 100% honest. They were very caring and explained everything to me in words I could understand. LOL If anybody need a test done this is the place to go.

Mary Lou Patrick is my 74 year old Mom and purchased hearing instruments from Dr. Scott. She and her family love the way these allow her to hear. The staff was very friendly. Rhonda the receptionist was just wonderful and helpful answering questions and very pleasant. Rose the tech, was excellent, very knowledgeable in setting up hearing programs and making sure Mary Lou knew the settings and was comfortable. Highly recommend Beltone, Dr. Scott.
