Hearing Aid

Excellent choice for hearing aid care and service. The staff is very friendly and the location is central for both Cincinnati and Northern KY patients. I highly recommend them!

I first met john and Linda about seven years ago when I was fitted with my first pair of hearing aids. Over the years John has provided great service and has been able to resolve any issues I have had with my aids in the office. I recently went back to John for my second pair of hearing aids. I have had to turn down the radio and TV and people no longer have to repeat what they are saying to me. I can also hear and understand conversation in crowds and restaurants. Linda always meets me with a smile and always has supplies on hand when I need them. I would not go to anyone else Thanks! Harvey

It is hard to tell if these hearing aid offices are out of business. The web site states that an office is open five days a week, the office messages system says they are open Mon, Wed, and Fri but in three weeks they have not returned 5 voice mails and 3 messages. I contacted the Worthington office checking on information about the viability of their business and was asked, “Do you mean the West Chester office”, which was the one I was concerned about and was told that they are only open on Tuesdays. Does anyone care about servicing their customers? My wife has invested close to $10,000 with that office in just over three years, seems like nice people which probably means poor management. Her latest pair of hearing aids have been replaced twice as defective and again are experiencing software issues. Need help.

when Lilly ran this she was very helpful and did things at a reasonable cost, not like going to a doctor and she was great in all ways, would not charge for sending in hearing aids for repair.

went in to the madison ave office in indianapolis on 8.6.18 and chad took care of all that was needed, it was great !

The most poorest service ever!! I suggest to anyone not to go there!! I went t get my hearing aids and he gave me the biggest run around!! It took over 4 months to get my money back!! Never going back again lesson learned that's for sure
