I have been relying upon Connect Hearing for years, and everyone there is amazing. Always caring, willing to help, and understanding of the limitations poor hearing creates for us. I was interested in the "Low prices and good quality" of hearing aids that Sams Club is selling. I called this store to ask a couple of questions before I drove over there and was told "WE DONT SELL THE THINGS YOU SEE ON LINE" When I asked the prices of the ones they DO sell, they were at least 300 PERCENT HIGHER. Instead of $315-$320 for the low end item, the store only has a $999 low-end item and a $1,800 top of the line item. I have never seen Sams Club or Walmart conduct such false advertising before.

I (Marvin Snodgrass) recently purchased a new hearing aid. Even though I have worn a hearing aid for 68 years, I was especially apprehensive this time around! For I was getting not just a hearing aid, BUT 21st century technology using my smart cell phone!! After my hearing test it was determine that I needed the most powerful hearing aid. ABBIE thoroughly explained how to use the cell phone with the hearing aid. The most amazing thing happened; Abbie asked Becky in the other room to call me on my cell phone. My cell phone ring so I answer the phone BUT did not need to put it up to my ear for it transmitted directly to my hearing aid. I was blown away by how loud and clear it was! I was also impress that Abbie wanted to see me every 3 months or so to check the hearing aid and see how I was doing with it at no charge. Now that service!! Thank you Abbie and Becky. Great docs - very knowledgeable

The prices are reasonable summer very good but my experience was quite dismayed by the mess the entire place was in you had to dodge things on the floor the shelves were dreadfully messy it was an experience that I did not expect it really was a very very messy place

I am a Senior Citizen with hearing difficulties. A couple of years ago, I went to Costco for a hearing aid and examination. "SherriAnn" did a FINE job fitting me with a hearing aid together with excellent follow up care. I can reccommend both Costco's products and especially SherriAnn and the follow up care. In fact, my wife has scheduled an appointment for new hearing aids with Costco and SherriAnn.

I have owned the hearing aids for 7 months. They work very well for me with severe high frequency hearing loss in both ears. The owner has been very helpful in educating me in proper use and cleaning. I must underscore...these work very well but do require gentle cleaning for me about twice weekly. The Bluetooth connection is a bit touchy; however, having it on your iphone allows you to reinstall it if it drops or needs updating. Having separate settings for universal and television are very important to gain the most. I enjoyed Christmas concerts better this year than in many years past. Working with the technical staff is critical for the best experience. I wear mine everyday.

From hearing aids that will meet nearly any budget to those that you can wear while swimming, this place has it all. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and very good at their jobs.
