I don't like high pressure sales nor do I like to be have one try to sell me hearing aids this way above what I need.

Dr McGuire is very knowledgeable and answers all questions and the support staff is friendly and efficient. Glad I went to the McGuire Hearing Center for my hearing aids. Two year follow-up visit last week. Same excellent service as reported above. Got hearing test to see if hearing had changed. Dr McGuire also checked hearing aids to make sure no problems. Fast, friendly service from Dr McGuire.

Both my significant other and I came for hearing analysis. Lindsay was very knowledgeable, professional and personable. She explained our results thoroughly and made several suggestions to enhance our communication. Though she did not feel we were at a point of needing hearing aids she did encourage yearly testing due to age and environmental changes. That is one recommendation we will definitsly follow. I really appreciate her thorough and honest evaluation of our hearing and the establishment of a baseline reference. Thank you so very much.

This place, and Catie Coyle, in particular is fantastic! I've never had such caring attention in a professional office. She takes the time to fully explain the process of the hearing test and with the same patience explains the results in language that I could understand. I originally took my mother, who is 86, and Catie was so patient and understanding that I made an appointment for me. I have full confidence that she has our best interest in mind when she explains our hearing loss and the hearing aids she recommends. She is so knowledgeable, but also professional and friendly. I recommend this place to anyone that wants to hear better!

Liars and crooks!!!! Not good people!! Very greedy owner and they are very untruthful to the patients and employees!!! They will overcharge you everytime you purchase and lie constantly to their patients! Go somewhere else!!

Went in for ear wax removal, I can't speak highly enough about how I was treated and the outcome was great! I highly recommend!

Bad service. They don't answer the phone. They don't honor appointments. They don't cancel appointments. They don't answer the phone. Their mailbox is always full. Kind of like calling my congressman. They suck

I have a hearing aid that is old but has been reliable. I recently noticed that it was fading in and out. It had done this in the past and I had the wiring replaced. It took a few times to get the wire to bend into place for comfort last time. When I picked up my hearing aid this time, I realized(when I got home) that it fit perfectly. Now I’m wondering if they actually replaced it. They charged me $125.00! I will be calling and getting to the bottom of this. Stay tuned...so I called them this morning and the young lady that answered the phone told me that the technician probably shaped the new wiring exactly like the old wiring so it would fit comfortably into my ear. She said it has a 90 day warranty versus the five year warranty that I was told yesterday. Not Cool, Hillcrest. You need to get your stuff together.
