Hearing Aid

Our family has been going to Purdue Audiology for 41 years, and they have always been wonderful. (one family member who is 45 years old has been nearly deaf since birth, and I lost much of my hearing as I got older) Their new building is very nice. Their kind service, caring, and knowledge has always been first rate. These are the people who teach tomorrow's crop of new audiologists, and the young audiology students learning the ropes. Highly recommended!

Best audiologist I've ever worked with in my life. I've worked with so many that I can't count them all with one hand. I will never go anywhere else. I've told family and friends to see him if they need his services.

Debra's new hearing aids are a wonder. She especially likes the Bluetooth feature through her IPHONE app. Nathan did a marvelous job explaining everything. Nathan also cares for Debra's mother's hearing aids. Great job Nathan. Deb & Mila

The woman with whom e had an appointment was very rude. She kept us waiting for a good 20 minutes and was barely apologetic. My husband, unfortunately, had made an appointment, but neglected to let them know it would be for two people. She acted as if we were some sort of insignificant children. I want you to know that my husband is a former mayor of Des Moines. He was very popular and well-respected, and is not used to being treated like that- nor am I. We don't like it. We didn't like her either- both her appearance and her manner were unpleasant. We were polite , apologized for our misunderstanding the drill,and did set another appointment. We are not going to keep that appointment; as we left we both realized that we did not want to have anything more to do with her. We like Sam's, and we like to do business there, but your audiologist Shanna is a real jerk.

I have had my hearing aids with Woodard for 10 months. I should have gotten hearing aids decades ago! As a musician, I needed specialized hearing aids, because sounds are important to me. It has been constant pleasure with their staff, as I learn about my hearing aids, and the accessories (like me getting a new iPhone) to go with them. They are always patient. If something goes weird momentarily in the evening, I hear from them by text to solve it immediately. I just read all their website, and every bit of it is the honest truth. I am SO GLAD I went with them. I researched many companies before I made my decision to go with them. They just seemed better, even in the initial stage! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you for all you are doing! I've NEVER had ANYthing to complain about!!!
