Hearing Aid

Awesome technician on staff, was ready to fix minor repairs while having supplies/accessories immediately on hand. Although a little far, I WILL be coming here from now for my hearing aid maintenance!

I had hearing aids for over 9 years. I switched to Beltone in 2015 and was satisfied. However, this spring I felt I was in need to be tested as I had some hearing problems. I stopped in at the office in Ankeny where after a few test...it was not the volume it was clarity. They suggested a different hearing aid and Whoa what a difference. These even are Bluetooth and pair up to my phone….I am in Heaven. Thanks to all the gang in Ankeny.

Dr. Kayser has a terrific "bedside manner" in that on top of being very knowledgeable is very personable. He explains medical things in easy to understand terms, I'd give him a try if I were you!

This is so great of a place. Nathan is a fantastic person. I put getting hearing aids for way to long and wish I would have done it much sooner. Everything about this is superb. So much knowledge about everything with hearing loss and how to help. The slightest issue and help is on the way. Such a fantastic person and company to back him up. Just can't say enough good about this. Keep up the great work

We don't think much of your marketing plan and, frankly, it's upsetting. My mother-in-law has been deceased for nearly 12 years and she never lived in the state of Iowa, yet we receive solicitation mail from your company addressed to her, at our mailing address. It's not a good way to conduct your business and I will never use your services, based solely on the way you do your marketing. It's disgusting!

I was in denial about how bad my hearing loss was and would try and have other speak up or compensate for me. I could not believe the difference getting my hearing back made for me. Highly recommend Jasa hearing.
