Excellent service from Julie

First time at your centre. Quite pleased with the reception and the interview later on. Hopefully I will be pleased with the hearing aids also.

Scott, has been extremely helpful and patient with me, as I must say I have had my issues with my hearing aids. I perspire excessively on my head, he has suggested many options and hasn’t given up on me always there to help in any way he can, and I always leave his office satisfied that I came to Miracle-Ear Napanee no question about it he’ s the best...

Heather greets you with a beautiful smile and is always courteous. Madisson is very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. It is always a pleasant experience to visit Davidson Hearing Aid Centre in Cornwall.

Always a great experience there, staff are patient, caring and easy going.

The staff at Advanced Hearing have been phenomenal with my daughter from day one. We started going there when our daughter was 2 years old & she is now 4 going on 5 and loves coming here. Everyone is so patient and understanding. We've had some hurdles to deal with when it comes to our daughters hearing and her hearing aids but amongst all of it they have been there every step of the way. Never a long wait to get in especially when it's an emergency. I can't thank everyone at the Ajax & Oshawa locations for everything they do. Looking forward to coming in soon and changing my daughters hearing aids & this time she'll be old enough to really understand picking out her colours!

Way above my expectations. The young lady that undertook my hearing test did a great job. Extremely friendly and professional. The cost was much less than I had expected.

First time around I had a really bad experience with them, they ordered the wrong hearing aid by mistake, I had asked for a hearing aid which lasts 18 hours, they ordered the one which lasts 16 hours instead but charged me for the 18 hour one which is a difference of several hundred dollars When I brought it up with the hearing aid centre manager she was trying to convince me "you must have not ordered the correct one" that conversation didn't go over well I asked to speak to the manager of the whole Costco warehouse about how the hearing aid manager is rude and talks down to me just because I wear a hearing aid he was quite proactive about it and they had the mistake fixed. The hearing aid price range is nearly half compared to the ones sold at other places too. They offer free wax guards and they are really good with fixing and cleaning your hearing aid while you shop for your groceries too

Nav and everyone at Professional Hearing Services of Ajax have helped me to be able to hear again. They have excellent staff, willingness to work in my schedule, willingness to explain everything (in plain English), patience and general kindness from everyone in that room. If you are having trouble with your hearing I suggest go here. ~ Gregory Hammond *Nobody was paid to write this review, they asked for a review and in return I have been entered into a draw.*
