Clayton Fisher the audiologist from the Greenbank Clinic explained in details the pro and cons of various models. I got for the first time hearing aid and so far very satisfied with Oticon OPN 1 and the professional assistance provided by Clayton during the calibration and trial for the equipment. I've had several audiologists over the years, but these folks are the best! I need devices that can integrate well with my other electronic devices and they help me understand the options as well as navigate the coverages from Veterans Affairs. Sarah Mansfield is a fantastic, attentive, personable, and knowledgeable audiologist who helped me find the right devices and is patient with fine tuning the programming and settings so I get the best from my devices. She and her peers are supported by a professional and friendly staff who make every visit, even picking up new batteries, efficient and easy.

Just got the new Kirkland 8 hearing aids at Costco Kanata they are great and Emily and her staff could not be any better. They are terrific to deal with thank you ladies

I have been to a few hearing centres and must say that this is the friendlies and most comprehensive one I have ever come across. All the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and go out of there way to accommodate your needs and requests. Never a rush job with assessments and customer care, They pay attention to you needs, listen to you and do what it take to give you what you need. Would highly recommend Sounds for Life to all who are looking for a caring and concerned hearing clinic. Exceptional customer service.

My husband and I are totally pleased that we went to Amy for his hearing aid. We initially chose her because he could get a set of aids for the Blue Cross allowance, but we got much more than we bargained for. She was so helpful and generous with her time and with various added extras that we brag her up when we meet other Seniors. Don’t even try buying hearing aids on line. We could not have purchased the same set for this price online, and if we had tried, we would have been completely unable to adjust or even understand the hearing aid process. She gets an A+ for her customer service and another A+ for her product. We had seen other hearing aid specialists before seeing Amy, and she was head and shoulders above the rest in service, product and price. You definitely do NOT get the typical feeling that you are being fleeced by a sharp operator which can happen with other agencies.

I was having trouble hearing people taking to me more then five feet away so I went to two other hearing specialists and was told to buy the hearing aids and I could return them less a restocking fee which I didn’t do, so I let it go for over a year. I stopped at FHC and said I had a few questions about hearing loss and I was given a hearing test and was told I could try a demo set for two weeks which I was denied at two previous other hearing specialists in Kingston. It was such a difference in hearing I purchased a set and kept the demo set until my new hearing aids arrived. I was missing so many conversations before I received the demo set from Peggy the owner. The Bernafon Zerena 7 have worked great for the past 1.5 years, absolutely would never go anywhere else. Peter D. Bishop.

Mathew Audley explain the procedure to the fullest and there was no rushing during testing sound or explaining the result to me. I also need two hearing aid. Which he explain in detail what is my best option specifically to my resulted. Gave me two quote and information on the Semens Pure 7 NX. Which I will purchase eventually. Mr. Audley was very professional, respectful and relax and did not make me feel I had to buy from Miracle-Ear from them right away. I book another appointment for purchasing my new hearing aid.
