Hearing Aid

They are so lovely and nice! It's very clean and under new management as recent as the past couple years. I went in for a hearing test and exam and they couldn't have been more sympathetic to my needs. If I need to go anywhere else, it'll be here!:)

Great place for hearing care.

Have had nothing but problems! These hearing aids dont work more often than they do...batteries stop charging...charging caddy stops charging...if you get even a tiny amount of ear wax in them they quit working! Thousands of dollars spent and 2 tin cans and a string would work better! At least the name is right...you need a miracle to keep them working. Never again!

I went to Beltone hearing in Twinsburg to see about getting a new hearing aid for my mentally challenged brother since he lost one. Jeanine was truly awesome. She actually drove out of her way to help my brother out off the clock and I am so grateful for all her caring. She also looked into every angle she could to get him a needed upgrade at an affordable price. I won’t go anywhere else!

I love the people, but not the product. I paid three thousand dollars for my hearing aids and there very undependable. The last two times I got appointments I had to Waite four days. I have gotten to depend on them, so you miss them when there not working. Just be careful.

I found the team at Hearing Innovations to be professional, courteous, and caring. My appointment was on time, the hearing test very thorough, and Dr. Durrant very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Hearing Innovations.

I called inquiring about hearing aid replacement parts. I wasn’t able to make it there before they closed but the sweet lady who I talked to on the phone went above and beyond to do everything she could to help. I didn’t catch her name but she was answering the phone at around 4pm eastern time on 4-23-18 😌 if you are in the market for new hearing aids or anything to do with hearing aids, this is the place to go
