My daughter has been working with Kim Palmer for nearly 2 years. Over that time, I have been very impressed with the level of professionalism, respect, and compassion that is shown to clients. The office manager, April, does an excellent job of providing timely follow-up and always makes us feel welcome. Kim explains things in a way that my youngster can understand, and takes the time to address any questions that we have. I would highly recommend this business for any audiology needs.

No follow up. If you have an issue, it's your fault. The one I got sound like I am listening through a tunnel. When I listen to music I take them out, no bass at all.

Great audiologist I been going there for about 10 years or more. Hannah is the receptionist she knows who you are when you call or come in and always finds a way to get you in for an appointment at your convenience. Even though part of my insurance isn't accepted anymore and I have to pay a little out of pocket for my visit I really don't mind because the service is excellent.
