We took my Mom who is almost 87 to Miracle Ear in Bay City today and this was the best experience ever. Kelly and the receptionist were extremely helpful. They made Mom and my sister and myself very comfortable. I would highly recommend this location if you need help with hearing aids.

I used to get excellent care until Mike was transferred to the Fenton office. From my first appointment and since with the new guy, his main and only goal has been to sell me new hearing aides. I was told falsehoods many times. When you lose trust with a business, they lose future sales from me. 9/13/18 Update to my review. There has been a staff overhaul at the Owosso Beltone. The service I received on my last appointment was a welcome relief from the last year or so since Mike was transferred. I went in with my right hearing aid not working. The last guy would have told me it couldn't be fixed. The person working now cleaned it, replaced the dome and it works fine. They have regained my trust. I give it this 5 stars now.

This review is on behalf of my wife Darlene Gardner. After suffering a disease called Auto Sclerosis, I started to lose my hearing. I've gone to several Doctors and hearing agencies that provided some help. Then I went to see James Clark at Miracle-Ear where I got some of the best results to improving my hearing abilities. I was totally deaf in my left ear and almost the same in my right, but with the help of James and some new hearing aid technology I'm hearing better than ever. I'm so grateful to James and Becky for all their help with my hearing needs. Miracle-Ear of Big Rapids has done the job for me.

They do a very good job at this office. We really love Ashley as she is very friendly and treats everyone fairly.
