Hearing Aid

I am sure they are competent, but the doctor was rude to my daughter. No bedside manner.

I am new to the area and realized I needed hearing aids after many years of not admitting this. I wanted to be active in my new community and all the things going on. I heard of Zounds through a mailing and boy I’m happy I did. What great people, they explained things to me and worked with me until I could hear and understand much better. I am now not afraid to go to all sorts of activities, because now I can hear what is being said and I can enjoy talking with people again and not worry that I don’t understand what they are asking. If you have been disappointed with your audiologist in the past, you need to give Lori a call. After years of having audiologists tell me "that's what your hearing test says you need" or "This is the best one on the market, it will just take a while to get used to it" Lori is extremely patient and spent all the time I needed to feel comfortable with my choice. She changed the settings at least 6 times, and let me try my new hearing aids in many different situations. I drive over 70 miles one way to see Lori, and it is always worth it. I have been a client since 2007 and have no reason to go anywhere else!

Since October 29th my experience with my brand new miracle ear hearing aids has been excellent with the help from hearing specailist nate and also with penny!

Dr. Rankin and staff provide prompt professional services. The knowledge and personal approach is very satisfying, thanks for bringing quality to my life of hearing!

Thank you so much for the extensive hearing exam. I knew I was having trouble hearing, particularly in a crowd. I appreciate the fact that there was no pressure to purchase hearing aids, however my decision to get them has made a huge difference in my life. Was extremely unpleased when my grandmother got hearing aids and was told she couldn't return them when she was unhappy. An old lady sat and cried about wanting her old hearing aids while the state certified retail monkey bullied her into keeping the equipment beyond the 5 day return period ( hint: other companies offer a 45 day trial period for hearing aids; do yourselves a favor go to someone who cares about the customer)
