Treated me great

I wandered in "off the street" while traveling, without an appointment. I was greeted by the proprietress, who ushered me into an office and inquired as to the problem. I was unable to control the hearing aids via the iphone as I had previously. I had left the batteries in too long, they had gone dead, and (apparently) the bluetooth connection had gotten unpaired, and replacing the batteries did not resolve the issue. She first did a thorough cleaning of the hearing aids, replaced the ear bits, and the batteries. Then she walked me through the pairing procedure on the iphone, and a lengthy discussion on all the options that were available in the ME app, most of which I had no idea were even there! When I left, I had completely working hearing aids and a very good impression of the quality of service that I had gotten here!

Lana and I have used this office for 7 to 8 years and are extremely satisfied with their service. Lana, in particular, values their skills and knowledge of not only the products but expertise in the field of hearing loss. Customer interaction is also above expectations. On a scale of 1 to 10, definitely a 10!
