Excellent service, merci!

I’ve been their clients for over 10 years since I was a child. I remember that I always came out of their place with a lot of joy. They are very caring and willing to give whatever they have to make sure you are fine and happy. Went there recently during holiday season and still impressed of their speed of service. Receptionists are nice and patience too. Glad that I’ve encountered this place since very beginning.

3 rd floor not the right place for elderly people

Depuis 10 ans, j'éprouvais des malaises, des inconforts avec mon appareil auditif, lequel je m'étais procuré dans une autre région, chez un autre audioprothésiste. . Je ne le portais que pour aller au théâtre ou au restaurant. Déménageant dans la région, je suis allée consulter le Groupe Forget et après quelques ajustements, pour la première fois en 10 ans, je porte mon appareil toute la journée, sans aucun inconfort. Quel plaisir de pouvoir bien entendre 'toute la journée'. jUn gros merci à Diane pour avoir su choisir judicieusement le technicien qui a son tour, a su immédiatement régler mon problème.

Have been very pleased with the service at Hearing Solutions at the Carlingwood Mall. Sebastian, the audiologist, is knowledgeable, patient, and ready to answer all my questions. Couldn’t ask for more. The assistant, Dialia, is friendly and accommodating too.

Convenient location with parking. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Products were offered on site.

Really friendly, professional and personal service by all staff. Went out of there way to accomodate my schedule.

Great staff, great prices. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who is considering getting hearing aids. I wish I would have went sooner.

The staff are helpful and friendly. When, I had a problem, they was helpful and real fast. The first time I got tested ,Paul was so helpful n made it pleasant. He also, found a way I could afford hearings aids by making payments thur CARE Credit ... One thing, I do miss is seeing Paul smiling...

I have been here since 1983 for my hearing impairment. I was born with it . They give good prices on hearing aids and the service there is outstanding
