Hearing Aid

Recently my father, who lives 2 hours east of me, had health issues and we moved him immediately to Pittsburgh to live with my brother. In the meantime, his hearing aids had returned from service to his home store. He was coming to my house for a 2 week visit, a week after his move to Pittsburgh. Already without the aids for a month, Mill Hall Miracle Ear accommodated several schedule changes until I could get my father and his hearing aids in their office. The receptionist (whose name escapes me) managed to "squeeze us in" on my day off. Boyd (consultant) spent well over an hour making sure my Dad's hearing aids were working for him. My Dad commented Boyd did more work fitting his aids than anyone in his hometown office. Boyd told us he wanted to make sure my father could have working hearing aids to make his life transition easier over the next few weeks. I appreciated Boyd's efforts and that of his receptionist; Dad now has working aids for the remainder of his visit here and for when he returns to Pittsburgh. Thank you!!

Beltone is a very good place the gentleman that runs it is Joe that he does a very good job of hearing aids are really good and he'll fix you up to what your needs are

Very pushy salesman here. Became very unprofessional and aggressive when I exercised my right to return a set of hearing aids I didn't like. I've been to many audiologists in the Detroit area trying to find one I like, and this guy is the worst I've been to. Not only was he pushy and aggressive, but he lied multiple times about the capabilities of his products and the capabilities of competitors products. If I didn't know so much about the market and the choices, I definitely would have been taken advantage of. Go literally anywhere else for hearing aids.

Took my Mom to Debbie at Dymon Hearing Center in Rochester when she needed hearing aids upon the recommendation of a friend who had used Debbie before. Debbie was very patient with my Mom and very professional. She answered all of our questions, took the insurance information and helped my mom select the type that was best for her. She also helped my Mom, who is on a fixed income, keep her costs down. She wouldn't accept payment for my Mom's copay until the hearing aids came in. It only took a few days and we were able to pick them up. Upon pick up, Debbie made sure they fit well and my mom was able to use them and hear well with them. My Mom is so pleased with her new hearing aids, as am I with the hearing aids and the service we received. Since then I have called Debbie about supplies and she's given us better prices than I can get by ordering on line. Our experience with Debbie and Dymon Hearing Center has been excellent from day one!

I had my appt on Thursday, Oct 18. Russ is always friendly, outgoing, and personable. I was treated with respect, concern, and most of all, Russ took his time with me. I appreciate the personalized service I get from Avada.
