This place is GREAT! SO VERY GREAT! Marie is absolutely wonderful, as is her staff, Erica, Julianna! She has chosen wonderful workers to surround her! She and her staff really care about you being able to hear the best you can! They schedule so they can spend as much time as required to help you -- never seen anything like it! They want you completely satisfied and won't stop until you are! They are each so very sweet and pleasant and caring . . .they are genuine . . . it's simply delightful, and they'll make you happy! I've been to many, many places in my years of wearing hearing aids, and they are the Best-- no one even close!

I am thankful to Felix and Kim for their best services and care. I feel it is going to be offensive if I don't write a review about them as they are so precision with their services and surely one of the best around. I was there with a friend to have his knee examined. We received a warm greeting and, his waiting time was less than 15 minutes. The doctor was very gracious and informative.

my recent visit to Listen Up more than exceeded my expectations. I have been a Listen Up customer for many years but this was my first with Konrad Malinski and staff in Belleville ON. He is amazing, knowledgeable, and professional. But what I valued most of all was his caring manner . He thought of what was best for me and my hearing loss. I left his office experiencing hope for the first time in 35 years. I had finally found someone who cared more for his patients than just making a sale. Wow. What a gem we have right here in Trenton. Thank you for making it your mandate to make hearing aids more affordable. I would recommend UberHearing to anyone needing a hearing test or considering hearing aids/supplies for the following reasons (and as someone who goes for annual hearing tests and has visited a number of different places, I can say with some experience): -very professional and thorough, quality testing -knowledgeable/expert owners -more AFFORDABLE! -excellent customer service/bedside manner. Very relaxed, warm, client-centred, easy-going, not pushy in the least I also want to point out that hearing loss can be a very sensitive, frustrating thing. The down-to-earth manner at UberHearing is refreshing to that aspect of the experience and put me at ease. I have visited other hearing clinics where I have walked out feeling discouraged, more isolated, or even 'diseased' or guilty. It's hard to explain the many subtle differences at UberHearing but the experience is truly night-and-day. That in and of itself is worth 5 stars to me. Thank you.
