Great experience with technician however they only sell the best so expect high prices. Good place to shop and dedicated staff

False advertising, does not comply to business hours. Very unprofessional call answering. Not informed regarding appointment process or anything else. Phone number at the door is a cell phone, no staff is present at the location.

at the age of 83 yrs. you likely have been exposed to many poorly run businesses. In this case while shopping for hearing assistance, that can become frustrating and confusing. After several less than great sales pitches I landed at Hearing life in Kingsville. Surprise, surprise, friendly smiles and the pre-sales banter was enjoyable and welcomed at this stage of the game. The young lady was interested in my story and tales of my hearing difficulties. She listened carefully and after conducting a well organised hearing test she explained my problems and offered solutions for my consideration. Her sales approach was plain and simple without pressure. This well kept office along with very talented employees made me very comfortable. A bad day turned into a pleasant one. If you can read this but have trouble hearing me, then listen up.... if you are looking as I was then check this out. After all...... it is Your HearingLife............. Very misleading information

You get what you pay for

I really enjoy working with this company. I had an issue using an app on my phone. Ben took the time to do a "work around" to allow me to change the options using the hearing aids. Since I am old and senile, it works better for me than using a silly old app anyway!

My experience was great. I received hearing aids at no cost to me. My Insurance covered everything! The first time in over fifty years. I’ve always had a out of pocket cost of at least $1,500.00. I feel I was taken advantage of before. This is definitely the best place to go for Hearing Aids. And the Service was great.

The staff is very helpful and goes above and beyond for our young son. The amount of time spent with us to assure understanding and that his hearing aid is functioning properly is greatly appreciated. Would definitely recommend their services.
