Hearing Aid

After spending almost 6 thousand on a pair of hearing aids Three years ago, my mother had trouble with them. We went to the office and were told we should leave them for repair. More than a week later we were told to come back . Not told they were unable to fix them, we found out they require 1,200 more to be fixed. Her exact words were "I am just trying to help you". Thanks but No Thanks!

I am from out of town and Midex hearing aid was having problems. Dawn was very gracious to get me in the same day I called. When I got there I surprised she was able to determine the problem in less than 10 min. She said she would order the part and call me when it would be ready. Two days later, she called and I could hear again. Thank you Dawn.

Very pleasant experience, Nicole very knowledgeable and I was promptly greeted upon arrival and was in and out in a reasonable time.

This is my third hearing test, and the first by John at Accu Quests, so pleased and surprised on the test John gave me. It was an amazing exam, he gave me two test I have never received before which I probably should have taken on very first. My thanks go out to John at Accu Quest for a terrific job well done.
