I can't tell you how much I appreciate the Parker and Castle Rock Centers for Audiology. I work with the Dr. Erin Davlin and cannot express my gratitude how customer service friendly this organization has proved to be. Even when I have lost my hearing aids, Dr. Davlin, Rose and the rest of the team have been my advocate. Excellent office staff!

UPDATE: The audiologist, Aranza, resolved the phone tag issue with me and I've been extremely pleased with her service since then. I got my earmold and the price was reasonable and it works really great! I had a small issue with it at first but Aranza fixed it right away. She's definitely my go-to audiologist now! OLD REVIEW: The biggest waste of time ever. I came in here over a month ago to have a new earmold made, and the audiologist told me that it'd take about a week for my new earmold to come in. It's been 5 weeks and I haven't heard a peep from them. I called and emailed them multiple times. Sometimes I'd get a person on the phone but they'd tell me that someone would get back to me. That proved to be false. It shouldn't be this difficult to get a hold of a business. I'm over here, willing to give them my money, but they're not letting me. I'm really not impressed with the way they run this office and I'll have another earmold made at another hearing center. Bottom line: If you need a new earmold ASAP, do NOT come here. They'll waste your time by dodging your calls and not providing any service whatsoever.

I have been seeing Cory over the last three years and have been very impressed with his knowledge as well as in his caring and interest that I am very satisfied. The office employee, Susie, is always extremely helpful as well as pleasant.

At few weeks ago, I received an email from Adco about a sale they were having on a digital wireless TV headphone system. My mother has been struggling with her TV sound so I thought this would be a great Christmas present and we bought one. She’s been struggling so much that we went ahead and gave it to her weeks before Christmas. The sale on the wireless headphone system was nice timing. The online ordering was easily, shipping was fast, blah…blah…blah. What impressed me was how accurate the descriptions were for the product, how it worked and all that. I don’t know a lot about hearing devises for seniors so the information on the site was great. I also got their catalog for other hearing devices for senior citizens so our next few Christmases are taken care of.

The staffing is amazing. Words can't explain how thorough, and kind they are. Dr Martinez went above and beyond to make sure everything that needed to be known was known. They have always been there to answer questions and offer support. Simply the best.

Susan and Twalla are super sweet and they do know their stuff! Go see them if you think you have a hearing problem..

The price is much lower than the first place I looked. They come with insurance for 3 years then discounts for service or replacement. Stop in anytime for a quick question. I would recommend Costco hearing with their personal service over the discount hearing aids on the internet.

Had my hearing tested for my first hearing aids and was amazed at the detail of the testing conducted. The results of the testing were clearly explained and demonstrated. The demo hearing aids I had been trying out were then programed and the hearing aids adjusted to eliminate some of the irritating frequencies such as crumpling paper and metallic clinking form car keys. Also adjustments were made to make my voice sound like my own actual melodious self. Bryant has allowed me to try the demo aids for a few more days to make sure I can adapt to wearing them and that I am happy with my choice. My appointment yesterday was great. Kristy from Bryant Better Hearing had my Oticon OPN1 hearing aids programed based on the hearing tests that I had a week ago as explained above. With just a few adjustment she had them set up perfectly. She took her time to explain how to care for the hearing aids and how to use the various aps. I wore them for about 6 hours until bed time. Today I have worn them for about 8 hours and they are working great. It is amazing the sounds I have been missing. Thanks so much.

The only true medical professionals who have cared to thoroughly look into a problem I've been complaining about for months!!!
