Pleasant atmosphere

Over a year ago I was looking for new hearing aids for replacement to my older models. I attended a seminar at a different hearing establishment and was interested in the Tinnitus option of one of the models. The hearing aids were great but the prices quoted at that time were not in line with my affordability. I did some research and found Affordable Hearing Center in Broomfield carried these particular hearing aids at reduced prices. The staff was very good at diagnosing my hearing loss and setting up the Tinnitus options and best of all the prices were significantly lower. Later when my father was complaining of hearing difficulty I took him over to Affordable Hearing. I was amazed at how well the staff worked with a 92 year old. My father now has his first set of hearing aids. He looks forward to putting them on in the morning so he can hear. My experience with Affordable Hearing has been very positive.

they are very attentive and efficient! i was very reluctant to get hearing aids, but they were very patient with me, and i feel much more comfortable, knowing they are there to answer any of my queries.

The hearing aids JoAnn fit me with are outstanding; just like JoAnn and staff.

Dr Franklin was thorough and did not rush. He listened and was personable. The audiologist, Abeda Mueed and the staff were terrific too. Highly recommend this practice.

Kris is an awesome lady. She made me feel comfortable with the hearing aid transition. She has made my hearing so much better there is not enough thank yous to Express how very grateful I am. Keep up all the good work. Kayla the receptionist is always so friendly and calls me the day before to remind me I have an appointment. That is so nice.

Dr. Pearl was very patient and helpful in fitting and adjusting my new hearing aids. She didn't give up until they were unobstrustive and comfortable to wear. She was friendly, gave complete explanations and was supportive when I was frustrated. I highly recommend working with her and am grateful to be able to hear better.

I like this place. They have several excellent audiologists, but Dr. Tautz is my choice as her depth and breadth of knowledge is phenomenal. The facility has top-notch equipment. Having said that, I have to knock one star off of their overall review because of their billing practices. I was overcharged by about $500 for my coinsurance portion of the hearing aid bill. Getting their billing office to return the overpayment was a royal pain. Bottom line: If your insurance covers part of your hearing aids, be careful what you pay up front. Know that the insurance-negotiated price is much lower than the list price.

Nathan is the absolute best. As a 23 year old with hearing aids, I have lots of questions/concerns, and nathan has been so helpful, kind, and informative. Would recommend him to anyone regarding the subject of audiology

Awesome staff, left the first visit feeling like a long time friend. Dr. Lisa is a joy to visit with and has been a blessing. I now hear sounds that I had forgotten existed. When my tennitus kicks in, I just turn it off. I actually didn't realize how annoying it was. Only problem is now I realize how loud my house can get. My kids now ask me to turn the TV up.

Hearing Solutions and Dr. Meg always treat my mother wonderfully. They work hard to make sure she can hear as well as possible, which in turn, gives her a better quality of life and isn't that the goal!
