John was so helpful and so nice! A family member from out of state had a hearing aid problem, and John helped us find the correct battery replacement even though we weren't clients of his. He gave us several different options to try, free of charge. He was so accommodating. I cannot recommend more highly.

John Wilson an Somer Padilla are above and beyond 5 stars. Their office is always clean, comfortable, friendly and professional. You never wait long. Somer always greets you with a smile, calls you by name and offers you a drink then tells John you are there. She is very professional and knows her job well. John is tops in his profession. We have gone to John for a least 10 years.

Terrible customer service, couldn’t spare 5 minutes for an emergency repair. Best avoided since they are extremely inflexible.

With only a foreign audiological evaluation in hand, I was recently trying to help a friend find a hearing aid solution for his mother living in Nepal. Despite the fact that my friend’s mother was not a patient sitting in her office, Dr. Lyuba Nemanov graciously sat with us, and patiently helped us to better understand hearing loss - the causes, the international options available to us, and the probable expectations. I now know more than I ever imagined about digital devices, ear impressions and molds, cochlear implants, and zinc battery life. Dr. Nemanov genuinely cared about helping us to help my friend’s mother regain her hearing - to me that speaks volumes about her dedication to her practice. My friend’s mother will never have the opportunity to be Dr. Nemanov’s patient, but I will - and I wholeheartedly recommend her to my friend’s and anyone reading this post!

Helped my late dad tremendously.

My husband Brian had a very good experience having a tune up on his hearing aids.Just the cleaning removed rust and dust and debris from battery compartment then they were able to raise the volume on left side which greatly improved his hearing.He is very grateful for their service. THANK YOU

I have used hearing aids for over 40 years because of a hearing loss in the Air Force. In that time I have bought hearing aids from four different companies. American Hearing is the best by far. Great staff that does whatever it takes to get you hearing the way you should. Worth the 40 mile drive for the service my wife and I receive, at the best possible price. Cindy, the owner, will even make house calls. They really go the extra mile to please their customers.
