Hearing Aid

Faster, courteous, professional, lower cost, better product… This is my third attempt to post this review, but what I’m trying to say is this is the place to go. Battleford Hearing Centers beats the bigger national hearing aid easily

Great service and support!

NewSound Hearing is the name of a business in Pleasanton. The primary goal is to help people gain a new sound, perhaps hearing they had as a youth was slowly lost over many years. However, the real organization is inside the building. Their names are D'Anne and Lisa. Together they create an atmosphere of positive possibilities. Lisa keeps the office softly humming and under control, while D'Anne performs the magic of evaluation, verbally weaving a joyful voice in and out through the physical examination. This takes place in a very clean environment, using sterilized equipment. After cleaning the patient's ears, D'Anne expertly evaluates the individual's hearing using both advanced technology and her own training. The happiness D'Anne exudes comes from a person who has a desire to help people. That seems to be her objective. When she finishes the examination, the results are presented with facts only. The patient's decision to purchase a hearing instrument is theirs only. Both D'Anne and Lisa treat people with dignity and respect, and one always has a feeling of being liked and welcome. It is my honor to recommend NewSound Hearing.

There is no other Audiologist quite like Dr. Shannon Parker because she is not only easy to talk to and patient, she is also very knowledgeable and explains the process and options for treatment. I also like that she is great with all ages, even my stubborn husband. She is definitely worth the trip to West Texas!!!

I can not say enough good things about Dr. Stakiw and Rocky Mountain Audiology. Making an appointment was easy and I was able to use my health insurance benefits. Dr. Stakiw was very knowledgeable, informative, and spoke to me in a language that I could understand. I highly recommend using them for all your hearing needs. They are the best.

We were visiting from out of town when my aid died. PHC had me back up and running in just a few minutes. Very courteous and professional. We were very grateful!!
